SIKKIM ORGANIC MISSION

Led the branding and positioning of Sikkim as the world’s first fully organic state, crafting a cohesive brand identity that aligned with sustainability, eco-tourism, and organic agriculture. This initiative required in-depth user research to understand consumer perception and market positioning, ensuring the brand voice remained consistent across all channels.

Developed comprehensive brand guidelines, overseeing visual identity, marketing collaterals, and storytelling strategies to ensure alignment with the state’s mission. Designed and executed multi-channel campaigns, including print, digital, and experiential marketing, which resulted in a significant increase in agro-product value, a 500% surge in tourism influx, and expanded livelihood opportunities.

This initiative’s success reflects a deep understanding of brand evolution, consumer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, aligning with the Creative Manager role’s focus on brand strategy, campaign execution, and high-impact content development.
